Fred Hobbs – Licensed Mortgage Broker and Owner of Texas Mortgage Capital Corporation. Has worked in the building and construction industry for over 30 years. This experience includes custom and spec home construction, commercial construction and property development, project construction finance and permanent mortgages. Has owned Texas Mortgage Capital for ten years. Proficient with all types of residential and commercial mortgage transactions including Texas Vet, VA, Conventional and non-conforming loans. “I especially enjoy working with investors to assist in achieving return on investment goals by structuring loan programs specifically suited to their acceptable risk”. Fred is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. |

Polly Haberkorn – Graduated
from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agronomy. Worked
15 years for USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, and
have expertise in land management. Since I am a loan officer
AND a realtor, and specialize as a buyer’s agent, “I
REALLY enjoy helping buyers find AND finance their special home
in one complete package!”. Personal interests include
stained glass, playing the piano, gardening and riding my Harley.
